96/100 - Slow ride

Sometimes I sketch old artifacts, specially ceramics. Some of the shapes are wonderful and have been constrained by the material in interesting ways, also there aren't a lot  copyright or plagiarism constraints when you take inspiration from 3000 year old artists.

I found this humpback bull from the north-western region of Iran on the Ashmolean Museum Instagram page, they are fun to follow if you are into this kind of stuff.

People probably don't ride cebu bulls but this it looked quite similar to a Rody bouncy horse to me so the magpie and astronaut characters ended up riding it on my sketchbook. Here is one for reference:

I don't think they are going very fast, but as I often tell myself with this kind of daily challenge: take it one day a time, and just let it take you where it may.

This slow ride is 3.5" by 4" and it's available here(sold).
