56/100 - A complicated solution

The longer I look at it the more reasons a find for the fish to bee traveling in this way, I initially judged him, very much like his compatriot looking at him from the water. But then I started thinking he might be a visionary, judged by his peers for pursuing ridiculous but possibly game changing ideas. Or half of his body might have legs and swimming never came naturally. Or he finds that layer between air and water to be the most interesting of them all, a subtle interstice, the border where it seems nothing happens but everything happens.
It's so easy to judge I wish there was a heavier tax on the activity. Why would we judge fish for wanting to be above water when we desire so much to be everywhere we don't belong?
